Zerox Machine, Client (2007)

Client, c’est le side project de Sarah Blackwood (Dubstar). C’est grâce à Andrew Fletcher de Depeche Mode et à son label Toast Hawaii, sur lequel elles enregistrèrent leurs deux premiers albums, que le groupe s’est fait connaître auprès du public underground.

A présent signé sur Metropolis Records aux Etats-Unis et Out of Line en Europe, Client sort son nouvel album, Heartland dont est extrait leur dernier single “Zerox Machine”. La chanson est une reprise du classique de Adam & the Ants avec une touche d’electro-pop. Tous en club… C’est vendredi !

Client is the side project of Sarah Blackwood (Dubstar) that plays an eighties techno-pop style. They were promoted and propelled to the underground audience thanks to Andrew Fletcher from Depeche Mode and his label Toast Hawaii, where they released their first two albums.

Now from Metropolis Records in the US, and Out of Line in Europe, they release Heartland, their third album, with “Zerox Machine” as the first single. The song by itself is a cover version of Adam & the Ants‘s classic song with an electro-pop touch. Let’s go to the club… It’s friday!

Client es el proyecto paralelo de Sarah Blackwood (Dubstar). Practican un techno-pop ochentero sin reparo alguno. Han sido promocionadas y prepulsadas al público underground gracias a Andrew Fletcher de Depeche Mode y su sello Toast Hawaii, donde editaron sus dos primeros discos.

De la mano de Metropolis Records en Estados Unidos y via Out of Line en Europa nos llega su tercer larga duración Heartland con “Xerox Machine” que es el primer single adelanto del disco. El tema en si mismo es una versión del clásico de Adam & the Ants, pero con sello electro-pop de la casa. Todos a bailar al club… que es viernes!
