Après le rap, après le piano, le canadien touche-à-tout Jason Beck alias Gonzales, compagnon musical de Feist et Peaches, change à nouveau de direction. Dans son dernier album Soft Power, il s’attaque à la pop kitsch vintage. Où s’arrête le premier degré et où commence le second ? La frontière est bien floue.

Avec “Working Together”, Gonzales invente la pop de bureau ! Une bonne excuse pour commencer à se dandiner sur sa chaise en ce vendredi.

After rap and piano, Canadien musician Jason “Gonzales” Beck, musical friend of Feist and Peaches, takes a new way. In his last album Soft Power, he frankly flirts with kitsch vintage pop. The question is: where does irony stop, and where it starts? The frontier becomes pretty vague.

In “Working Together”, Gonzales invents office pop! A good opportunity to start waddling on your chair on this friday.

Después del rap y del piano, el músico canadiense Jason Beck (también conocido como “Gonzales”) compañero de Feist y Peaches, ha decidido embarcarse en nuevos caminos. En su último álbum Soft Power, claramente coquetea con un Pop de vertiente clásica y muy kitsch.

En “Working Together” Gonzales inventa el pop de oficina. ¡Momento para empezar a balancear tu silla un dia de viernes como hoy!

    Y’aurait-il pas un souci avec les liens de la fin ?
    Ou alors c’est un message subliminal pour retourner écouter Beirut… :)
    Et pour info, faut ABSOLUMENT aller voir son spectacle, c’est ENOOORME. Ca fait un bien fou.

    Je confirme, il FAUT allez voir Gonzales en concert ! Bouffée d’air, bonne humeur, énergie et musicalité de folie, c’est clair !
