The Dizzy Sessions #2: The Two of Us

La seconde Dizzy Session est arrivée. Pot-pourri improbable où s’unissent soul, roots reggae, folk, latin-pop, brazilian beats, des voix envoûtantes (celles des madrilènes Sweet Vandals ou de l’italo-américaine Connie Francis), ou plus légères (Los Panchos), une sélection aux petits oignons qui fleure bon le printemps (même sous la pluie).

The Dizzy Session #2 is now released. And it’s a new half an hour medley in which soul, roots reggae, folk, latin-pop, brazilian beats join together with enchanting (the voices of Madrid-based Sweet Vandals and italo-american Connie Francis) or more naive (Los Panchos) vocals. That is, a springtime (or rainy days) selection.

Hoy publicamos lo que es el volumen 2 de las “Dizzy Sessions”. Media hora de repertorio soul, roots reggae, folk, latin-pop y ritmos brasileños que conviven y se mezclan sobretodo con mucho encanto (las voces de los madrileños Sweet Vandals o la italoamericana Connie Francis), e incluso rozando lo naive (Los Panchos). Una selección perfecta para estos dias de primavera (o de lluvia según como se quieran ver).

    Plutôt que Devendra Banhart, j’aurais mis un extrait de l’album “Unicorn” de T Rex, c’est à dire sensiblement la même chose mais fait près de 40 ans avant Devendra Banhart.

    @Cristophe: en effet il y a une certaine similitude, merci pour la piste, je ne connaissais pas ce qu’a fait Marc Bolan avant la période glam de T Rex.
